Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

1. Cancellations made 7 days or more before the check-in date will be eligible for a 90% refund of the total amount paid.
2. Cancellations made 3 to 6 days prior to check-in will receive a 50% refund.
3. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in or no-shows will be non-refundable.
4. In the unlikely event that StayGuru – The Canyon Inn needs to cancel your reservation due to operational reasons, a full 100% refund will be processed immediately.
5. Refunds will be initiated to the original mode of payment within 5–7 working days from the cancellation confirmation date.
