By accessing and using the StayGuru – The Canyon Inn website or booking our rooms, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- All room reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the hotel.
- Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM, and check-out time is before 10:00 AM.
- Advance payment is mandatory to confirm the booking. Bookings without full payment are considered unconfirmed.
- Valid government-issued ID proof (such as Aadhar, PAN, Passport, or Driving License) must be presented by all adult guests during check-in.
- Guests are expected to maintain decorum and follow the hotel's code of conduct. Misconduct may lead to termination of stay without refund.
- The hotel management is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings.
- Any damage or loss caused to hotel property will be charged to the guest.
- In rare cases where StayGuru – The Canyon Inn has to cancel a confirmed booking due to operational reasons or natural causes, a 100% refund will be provided.
- Use of the premises must be in accordance with local laws. Illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
- All legal matters and disputes shall be under the jurisdiction of Bhuj, Gujarat.
